Our Supported Employment Program at Sunshine Home Support, empowers people with disabilities to develop valuable workplace skills while working from the comfort of their own home. Unlike many employment programs, we do not use the Supported Wage System, we proudly pay award wages, because we believe everyone deserves the right to earn at least the minimum wage regardless of disability. Participants receive training in job readiness, computer skills, workplace communication, and industry-standard software programs. With ongoing support and guidance, you will complete meaningful daily tasks, build confidence, gain real-world work experience, and develop skills that can open doors to future employment opportunities.
