How it works

Anyone can nominate a provider. Email-verified members of the public can vote once per person per provider per category. Winners are determined by a four-pillar scoring methodology combining reputation, reviews, votes, and platform data.

Scoring methodology

  • Provider Reputation (35%): independent signals — reviews, sentiment, social, digital presence.
  • Clickability Reviews (30%): verified participant reviews weighted by recency.
  • Community Votes (25%): email-verified public votes.
  • Platform Data (10%): responsiveness, availability, profile completeness, engagement.
