I am the Co Founder and CEO of PJ Disability Care, a registered NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) services. My passion is creating safe, empowering, and person-centred environments where people with disability can live with dignity, independence, and genuine choice. I established PJ Disability Care with the belief that exceptional support goes beyond meeting standards—it is about building meaningful relationships, understanding each individual’s goals, and helping them achieve a fulfilling life. Every decision I make is guided by compassion, integrity, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement. As a leader, I strive to foster a positive workplace culture where staff are valued, supported, and inspired to provide outstanding care. I believe that when support workers thrive, participants receive the highest quality of service. Through strong governance, compliance, and a hands-on leadership approach, I have built a service that prioritises safety, accountability, and excellence. Being recognised for this award would be an honour, but my greatest achievement is seeing the positive impact our team has on the lives of the people we support every day.
