Next Move Support Coordination is an Adelaide-based disability support coordination business founded by Bailey Williams in September 2025. Although the business is less than a year old, it was built on more than six years of experience across the disability sector and a genuine desire to provide a more personal, proactive and human approach to support coordination.

Next Move helps NDIS participants understand their plans, connect with the right providers, navigate challenges and build support teams that reflect their individual goals. The business focuses on the small things that make a meaningful difference—regular check-ins, clear communication, following up when others have not, advocating during difficult situations and making the NDIS feel simpler and less overwhelming.

Community is also central to Next Move. Initiatives such as the Next Move Provider Run Club, inclusive Pilates and networking events bring local providers together, encourage wellbeing and create stronger professional relationships across the disability sector. In a short period, Next Move has grown through word of mouth and trusted relationships while remaining committed to compassionate, responsive and genuinely personalised service.
